Superior Trends

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Last Updated: October 7, 2026

Superior Trends ("Superior Trends," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information through superiortrends.com, our forms, our communications, our subscription and checkout process, and the direct-mail services we provide to business clients. Superior Trends currently offers its services to businesses located in the United States.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website address, inquiry details, and any information you submit through website forms, our checkout, or your account.

If you become a client, we may also collect business contact information, account and login information, subscription and billing details, campaign information, brand assets, offer details, and other information needed to provide our services.

Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. Superior Trends does not store full payment-card numbers or full bank-account credentials itself.

Subscription and Billing Information

For clients on our recurring monthly service, we and our payment processor collect the information necessary to establish and manage the subscription, including account details, the recurring billing authorization, subscription status, renewal dates, and billing history. The specific terms of the subscription, including pricing, automatic renewal, and cancellation, are described at checkout and in our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Client Customer Data

Some direct-mail campaigns require our clients to provide information about their own customers. For a typical mailing, we request only the information reasonably necessary to perform the campaign. This usually consists of first name, last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

When reasonably necessary for segmentation or campaign preparation, a client may also provide limited information such as an internal customer identifier, purchase or service date, purchase amount, product or service category, or similar campaign-related information.

For some ecommerce projects where postal addresses are unavailable, limited identifying information such as a name and email address may be processed through an address-append provider to attempt to identify a corresponding mailing address.

Clients upload their customer list through our platform or provide it to us for the campaign. We ask clients not to provide information that is unnecessary for the campaign, including Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card information, banking credentials, health or medical information, or other sensitive information.

How We Use Client Customer Data

Client customer data is used solely to provide services to the client that supplied or authorized the information.

  • Superior Trends does not use client customer lists to market Superior Trends to those individuals.
  • We do not use one client's customer list for another client.
  • We do not sell client customer lists.
  • We do not authorize our service providers to use client customer lists for their own unrelated marketing.

We maintain reasonable measures intended to protect customer data in our possession and limit access to it.

How We Use Website and Lead Information

We may use information submitted by website visitors and prospective clients to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, evaluate whether our services may be appropriate for a business, provide and administer our services, process payments and subscriptions, maintain our business records, protect our website and business from misuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and send communications related to our services. If you receive marketing email from Superior Trends, you may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message.

Email and Voicemail Communications You Request

In some cases, a visitor may ask to receive a sample, follow-up information, or a short series of messages from Superior Trends by checking a box or otherwise opting in on our website or funnel. Where you opt in, we (or a service acting on our behalf) may send you a series of emails and may send one or more automated or prerecorded voicemail or phone messages related to the information you requested and our services.

You may opt out of these communications at any time. Email messages include an unsubscribe method, and you may reply or contact us to stop voicemail or phone messages. We send these communications only where you have provided the applicable consent, and we operate any automated calling or voicemail program subject to applicable consent requirements.

Automatically Collected Information

Our website and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and general usage information. We may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the website and basic analytics to understand website performance. If we materially change our use of advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking technologies, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notices or choices where required.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a legacy "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no single universally accepted standard governing these signals, our website may not respond to legacy Do Not Track signals. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will address that requirement as applicable to our business.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business or perform a client's campaign. These providers may include companies that provide website hosting, CRM and marketing-platform services, payment processing, secure file transfer or storage, address processing and postal preparation, data or address-append services, printing and mailing, communications and calling services, and accounting, legal, or professional services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, our clients, or our business. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, our legitimate business needs, and applicable legal obligations. Superior Trends generally intends to delete or de-identify its working copies of client customer-list data within approximately 90 days after the information is no longer reasonably necessary for the applicable campaign or client relationship. Certain information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement of agreements. Service providers may maintain information according to their own retention schedules.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in our possession. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California and Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to Superior Trends, you may have rights relating to your personal information. Even where a particular statutory right does not apply, you may contact us to ask about personal information you have submitted directly to Superior Trends, or to request a reasonable correction or deletion.

If your information appears in a customer list supplied to us by one of our business clients, that client generally controls the underlying customer relationship. We may direct your request to the client or assist the client in responding where appropriate.

Children

Superior Trends is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through our website.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and make the revised policy available through our website.
